A direct current \(I\) flows in a long round uniform cylindrical wire made of paramagnetic with susceptibility \(\chi .\) Find: (a) the surface molecular current \(I_{s}^{\prime}\); (b) the volume molecular current \(I_{v}^{\prime}\). How are these currents directed toward each other?
(a) \(I_{s u r}^{\prime}=\chi I\) (b) \(I_{\text {vol }}^{\prime}=\chi I\); in opposite directions.
