Equation of the gas state processes

Problem 2.1

A vessel of volume V=30V=30 l contains ideal gas at the temperature 0C.0^{\circ} \mathrm{C} . After a portion of the gas has been let out, the pressure in the vessel decreased by Δp=0.78\Delta p=0.78 atm (the temperature remaining constant). Find the mass of the released gas. The gas density under the normal conditions ρ=1.3 g/l\rho=1.3 \mathrm{~g} / \mathrm{l}.

Reveal Answer
m=ρVΔp/p0=30 g, where p0 is the standard atmospheric pressurem=\rho V \Delta p / p_{0}=30 \mathrm{~g}, \text { where } p_{0} \text { is the standard atmospheric pressure}
