The Fundamental Equation of Dynamics

Problem 1.98

At the moment \(t=0\) a particle of mass \(m\) starts moving due to a force \(F=F_{0} \sin \omega t,\) where \(F_{0}\) and \(\omega\) are constants. Find the distance covered by the particle as a function of \(t .\) Draw the approximate plot of this function.

Reveal Answer
1.98. \(\quad s=(\omega t-\sin \omega t) F_{0} / m \omega^{2}\) 6 see Fig.
