A horizontally oriented tube ABA B of length ll rotates with a constant angular velocity ω\omega about a stationary vertical axis OOO O^{\prime} passing through the end AA (Fig. 1.86). The tube is filled with an ideal fluid. The end AA of the tube is open, the closed end BB has a very small orifice. Find the velocity of the fluid relative to the tube as a function of the column "height" h.h .
